168 Words Azrael ,@noble , Cassiel , McKenna , Daem ,@spruce , Uriel , Serana , Oakley , I had no idea what to do with all of this action, but surprise, Harriet was here the whole time I just haven't been posting! | Harriet wasn't built for the dangers that came with the real world. Whether by choice or by pure ignorance, she was rather sheltered from the scarier parts of life. So the fact that there was fighting? She had no idea what to do. She was cowering behind Noble, her two colored eyes wide as she tried to make sense of everything. There was blood, and she had only ever seen blood in her prey, and oh this wasn't good. She couldn't remember playing ever making a wolf bleed. But the other wolves seemed to be okay with all of this, right?
The scary wolf even apologized. A bad wolf wouldn't apologize, right? So did that mean he had to be a good wolf, right? She was desperately searching Noble, hoping for some kind of answer, because he would know, right?
"Okay.... okay, he apologized! Right? So is everything okay, then? Are we done hurting each other and being all angry? I don't like it when everyone is angry." |

Things all happened in a flash. There were more wolves, some of them ones he was traveling with, others he didn't know, all circling a very threatening looking wolf and one that looked to be a bit older. Did the massive storm not affect them? Am I trippin? Bleeding. It could be blood loss. The young wolfdog searched his pelt for any sign of a wound, finding nothing. His conclusion was, apparently just tripping.Even though he was pretty sure he saw the flying debris and the nearly deafening thunder, Noble shook it off as he quietly slid out from the tree that he took shelter under. Staying low to the ground and quiet as his paws moved him slowly through the thick forest brush, he stopped when he found a spot where no one should see him, in acceptance to Harriet, who was tucked right behind him. As he listened in and watched the action from afar, it baffled him how one could be so easily forgiven. That wolf could totally try hurting another wolf again! And why were the others trying to invite him to the group? Were they crazy?! The little form of the male crouched in the ferns and tall grass got even smaller as he moved his front legs closer to his lowered haunches upon hearing the scary wolf 'apologize'. If anything, his short time wandering as a pup taught Noble that a wolf that would just blatantly attack another wouldn't just 'apologize' to make friends. Judging by the crazed look in the scary wolf's eyes, the apology served as a way in, and that the injury served could easily end a wolf so small as his and his friends weren't close to being fully grown and developed. When Harriet spoke, the sound of her voice startled the younger wolf dog at first. Within calming himself down a second later, Noble moved to block her front end from the other wolves, hopefully making everything harder for them to hear. He wasn't planning on staying around, and he would leave as soon as he could get Oakley's attention. His words were but a mere whisper into Harriet's ear, "I don't think everything will be fine if he stays. He attacked someone Harriet. What's to say this won't happen again, but worse. Someone could die...I think we should go, but we'll need to be quiet so those other wolves don't follow us." His ears flicked uncomfortably as some of the tall grass bent just right, tickling the inner fur. The light wolf waited a few moments before speaking slowly once more, "Nobody is mad at you, I don't think anyone is mad at all anymore. Just a bit frustrated I think. I'm gonna go get Oakley, stay quiet."Noble's ombre orange-blue eyes flicked between Oakley and the scary wolf he was trying to be friends with. Picking the break in the bigger wolf's conversation with his friend, he quietly crawled over and nipped his friend's ankle lightly, motioning with his head in a different direction, one that screamed, 'we need to go'. The young wolf wouldn't wait around to see what happened next in case he was misunderstood, turning around and signaling to Harriet that now was the time to leave if she was going with him. His paws carried him once more, a bit quicker than the last time. Head down, body low enough to be mostly hidden in the underground, Noble moved as fast and efficiently as he could while staying out of sight. There was no way that he was going to willingly sign up to be 'friends' with wolves that thought hurting another was 'play'. Harriet Oakley

When the injured rogue came back, the smell of garlic hit Oakley in the nose like a punch. The rogue - Daem, walked up to Oakley swiftly, "Are you sure that's a good idea? That dude attacked me for no reason, and he could do the same to anyone else." This made the young male think, he was probably right... But my dad always said to keep your friends close and your enemies closer, I've no idea what it means, but if these wolves are bad guys, I should be best friends with them. Yes. That sounds about right. Daem then probably said something else but Oakley was too much in his own world to hear. However, his white fluffy ears perked up when he heard the words, "Loners... need to look out for each other."
"You're right, sir." Oakley smiled a wide smile, "Why don't you join us too? The more the merrier!" The young pup was clearly misunderstanding the entire situation, but he wanted to appear smart and brave for these strangers, and being smart oBvIoUsLy meant making decisions on the spot. His golden eyes glanced around him as the others conversed. when McKenna chimed in and suggested that the scary wolf Azrael apologises to make friends, Oakley vigorously nodded, wagging his tail.
After a few moments of what seemed like an internal debate, Azrael apologised. That made Oakley very. He was such a good role model and leader, that even the evil wolves listened to him and his friends. Harriet, the pink-nosed wolf from earlier voiced her thoughts, "Okay.... okay, he apologized! Right? So is everything okay, then? Are we done hurting each other and being all angry? I don't like it when everyone is angry."
Oakley was just about to answer and tell her that everything was going perfectly when he felt teeth at his ankle. He spun around, trying to hide his fear and the unexpected contact. He was thankful and relieved when he saw Noble's figure behind him. Noble motioned with his head to leave, but Oakley firmly shook his head. "I just made a lot of friends, I'm not leaving." He whispered rather loudly, dismissing his friend and standing his ground in front of the scary trio and the other rogues.
"Thank you for apologising!" Oakley sheepishly smiled at Azrael. "Now, that that's settled... This obviously makes us friends, right?" He asked the rhetorical question, already knowing the answer internally. For the first time in ages Oakley didn't know what to say, he stood there awkwardly. What would Dad do to break the ice... Hm... He thought for a moment longer, awkwardly swaying from side to side "Do you guys like rabbits?" He asked as the first thing his mind went to was the rabbit hunt from earlier.
