Feirn is a strong personality, very independent but social. She enjoys others' company but can handle being alone. Sometimes it's just easier to be so. She possesses a friendly though cautious nature, taking care to treat others with the respect that she has for herself. Though generally friendly and always willing to help another who asks, she does not bide well with those others who demand her submission. Though not one with a desire to control a nation, she is more rather content with aiding others with her wisdom and attention. However, Feirn knows how to assume the lead where there is none, when necessary.

Creative, a little mouthy at times, a daydreamer; perhaps too optimistic for her own good. She continuously fights a battle in her mind between "tomorrow is always better" and "why do I let myself believe that?" Some have said she is a warrior with a poet's soul. She dreams of a simple life: slow, perhaps a family or some little ones to care for-- whether that be her own or someone else's. She adores the innocence in the young. On a good day, she may talk your ear off, occasionally caressing it with silly banter and a touch of dark humor. On a bad day, Feirn may be withdrawn, unpleasant, and temperamental. Her defense mechanism is always "fight." Feirn is very much aware and does her best to curb her irascibility, hence why she maintains a distance at times. She is an emotional creature-- she feels it all, and that sometimes plagues her. Can others really say that passion is too much of a trait to handle?

Feirn knows when to stand up for the weak and herself and knows how to lay down boundaries with others. She is still young but has learned a lot already in her time in existence. She wants to fight for things she believes in and needs others to support her. Or else be left alone and unlearned of, free to admire the beauty of her surroundings on her own. She does not ask others for anything, independent enough to do "it" herself, but she knows how to ask for support when she has a friend she can trust. She makes it a point in her being to be a trustworthy friend herself to the right crowd.[attr="class","largeboxcontent"]

Quick glance: Gray undertones, dusted brown over coat with black accents. Viridescent eyes, large ears, petite with a somewhat stocky build. Feminine but strong. Respectful body language.

Relatively average yet decently hefty for a Yukon wolf, Feirn is slim and a little short, sporting a lovely dusty gray/brown pelt with black and white accents. Darker on the tips of her features and light on the underside, as well as her cheeks. She had a rounded shaped face with triangular cheeks, and long, dark, triangular ears atop her crown. Feirn's muzzle is shorter and rounded with the slightest upturn. Somewhat delicate but still possesses a solid bite from her slender, long incisors, just covered by her lips. There is a black "diamond" shape on her forehead, an identifying feature of hers. Her eyes are the palest in color, though viridescent. This she-wolf shows off a slender but rather muscular build with stocky legs and thick but feminine paws that are a little extra feathered in the colder seasons. Medium/long nails, sharp but manicured. Finally, her tail comes to rest at her hocks, decently fluffed though small.[attr="class","largeboxcontent"]

Quick biography: Easy pup-hood, bonded family, but ready for independence. Feirn's naivety with a lover led her to a broken heart. Live and learn, seek wisdom through tribulation. She's, perhaps, a little less trusting of others now, but still cautiously optimistic.

Full:
Times were simple and easy growing up. Her pup hood was less than eventful. Feirn was born of a smaller litter with only three brothers. They were close knit, protective of one another, but also bickered a lot. Being the only female of the litter, she perhaps had an easy time with her father, but harder time with her mother. Her parents were both present in raising them and very protective and capable. They were not alphas of a big pack, simply a small family unit. However, she does come from a much larger extended family that would gather often. Those were her favorite times of year!

Eventually, nearing her adulthood, she grew restless and desired a family of her own. When her family made the decision to migrate, she made her own-- along with a male she had met-- to wander elsewhere; to make their own path. She thought he would be the key to her safety and support, but he was too young minded and never intended to give her pups. The realization almost broke her. She was lied to and manipulated. She credits her forgetful mind to this trauma. Growing up so easily and so supported, she never knew another being was capable of such scheming. She openly gave him everything she had come to be and more. Now her heart is a little numb, and now a little guarded. An optimistic pessimist, created from a tragic love story. Forced to become independent and to learn how to enjoy her own company. She had since left him, dodging others who attempted to take advantage of her weaknesses.

There were times she could have been ended had she fallen into the paws of someone truly nefarious, thanks to her naivety. She was lucky that she hadn't. Live and learn, keep moving, try to stay hopeful for the right companion. Thankfully skeptical enough to avoid evils, and to get on decently well alone. Her existence is a simple, quiet one, perhaps like a tiny fern on the damp, forest floor. Nothing special, nothing overbearing, and not intensely impactful, but soft and yet, still beautiful.
